School Visits

Plas Madoc Leisure Centre is a great venue for a School Visit. We provide a variety of activities to make your School Visit unique, fun and enjoyable. 

 

Activities:

Sports Hall - Choose from a Bouncy Castle, a Roller Disco, Football, Netball, Table Tennis or Badminton. All equipment is provided but teachers are required to give full supervision.

 

Swimming Pool - The Swimming pool at Plas Madoc is not your typical pool! Here you will experience a tropical lagoon with slides and waves! It's a safe and fun environment for all swimming abilities, floats and inflatables are included too! There is also a comfortable spectator area next to the pool for anyone that prefers to stay dry. We have both individual and group changing rooms. There is also a disabled changing room on poolside, making access to the pool very easy.

 

Swim Ratio: Children aged 5 to 7 must be accompanied by 1 adult to every 2 children. Children aged 4 and under must be accompanied 1 adult to 1 child. Children aged 8 and over can swim unaccompanied.

 

Climbing Wall - The Climbing wall at Plas Madoc can be hired for groups of up to 15 children at once .

Lunch in the Café - We can provide a hot meal, cold buffet or a lunch box. Adult meals are also available from the main café menu. Lunch is served in the Aqua Lounge for a fee but you may choose to bring packed lunches. Menu choices must be made 48 hours in advance of your visit. There is plenty of parking for coaches and mini buses.

 

To make a booking

Please call Reception on 01978 821600 or email info@plas-madoc.com to check availability and to complete your risk assessment in advance of a visit. Once a date has been confirmed, we will email you a booking form to complete. Please read the Terms & Conditions and fill in the booking form and send it back to us. You will receive an email confirming your booking please note that your booking is only confirmed once you have received the confirmation email.
