Course fees are payable on booking and are non-refundable.
Concession prices are available for our swimming and memberships.
To qualify for concession prices you must be 60 or over, or receive one of the following:

Please bring proof of the above in the form of a current bank statement or letter dated within the last 3 months.
Please bring proof of ID to confirm your age.
Fitness class policy update:
Non members who chose to pay-as-you-go for classes will now be required to pre‑pay for their classes. You can call and pay over the phone or book in reception, up to 6 days in advance.
Our refund policy states that cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the class in order to receive a refund. Please note that a non‑refundable 50p booking fee will apply to all bookings.
