Small but perfectly formed, this high intensity class really packs a punch! Using little more than your own body weight, this circuit style class will get you going and get results quick! If you want to increase your all around fitness while building strength, muscular endurance and melting away many spare calories, this is the class for you.

LBT (legs, bums, tums)
The class does exactly what the name suggests, a great toning workout for your legs, your bum and your tummy. A fun-packed workout suitable for all abilities.

This is a fantastic barbell-based class, feel the benefit from focused exercises and controlled repetition. A great all-around strength and endurance session, its the class that shapes, tones and empowers your entire body.

Zumba
Brings the party to your fitness session! Zumba is a fun vibrant, dance-based exercise class, full of energetic moves delivering a great cardio workout!

Spin
Indoor cycling on stationary bikes, this class the instructor simulates a ride taking you over the flat roads, hill climbs, time trials and interval training. Spin is daunting but is also hugely rewarding.

Yoga is a low intensity class combining mental and physical exercises which are great for all around health and fitness. Focusing on breathing, relaxing and stretching techniques. Fantastic for both strength and flexibility development.

Pilates is a method of exercise that consists of low-impact flexibility, muscular strength and endurance movements. Pilates emphasises on postural alignment, core strength and muscle balance.

The T15 workout stands for three 15 minute parts, designed to give you the ultimate challenge and total body workout. Sweat through 15 minutes of cardio, 15 minutes of strength training and 15 minutes of toning and core work to beat this monster of exercise!

Low impact and excellent for all abilities. Its safe, fun and effective with the cushioning effect of the water protects joints in the spine, ankle, hip and knees so regardless of your fitness level you can get a really great workout in the water. Dive in and immerse yourself in our next class!

Fun and full of energy, our Friday Night Fitness class will make you so enthused that you won't even notice all the toning to your thighs, hips and waist that you're doing! Bring the night out to your workout!

Warriors
This exercise to music class incorporates and is inspired by a range of martial arts disciplines, from Capoeira, Boxing, Muay Thai, and Karate, (just to name a few) to get you fit and strong. It’s non-contact, high-energy, cardio and conditioning class suitable for all fitness levels. Your instructor will take you through the options as you progress through the class and your fitness journey. No complex moves to master, just kick and punch in time with your instructor and the music for the perfect stress release and feel energised and motivated.
