Our response to Coronavirus (COVID-19)


To protect all our staff and customers we have made small changes to make us 'COVID Ready'. Please read the sections below to see how the changes affect your activities at the Centre. 

Booking is essential for  Gym/ Classes and can be done via our fitness app (FitSense) or on the phone. 

Please note we have a 24 hour notice cancellation policy.

(no refunds will be given without a minimum of 24 hours notice)  

On Arrival – All Customers.

The health and safety of both our customers and staff remains of the utmost importance.

Wales has moved to Alert Level Zero, which means that many of the previous restrictions have been removed… but not all.

On arrival, please follow all queuing guidance and instructions from staff, only move forward into the reception area when the counter is free of other customers.  If possible, please pay using contactless card, and members are asked to download the FitSense app which allows a digital check in rather than membership cards.

Customers aged 11yrs and over are still required to wear a face covering when entering and circulating within the building, removing them only when preparing to & taking part in their activity, or when seated and using the café.

Please maintain social distancing wherever possible.

We continue to support the NHS Track and Trace scheme.
